Bespoke Fabrication
Maik Scotland offer bespoke fabrication services using both traditional and digital fabrication services. Our starting point can be a concept, sketch or a even a few words of description. We'll meet with you and agree a concept then develop it to the finished product, be that a one-off prototype or a short to medium run. We can also provide advice on manufacturers, when you wish to take your design to the next level.
No project is too small and we strive on generating creative solutions for uncommon issues.
CAD Design Services
You don't need to learn complex CAD packages to get an idea or a project off the ground. Our team is experienced in drafting designs across a range of 2D and 3D CAD platforms and we can work with you to generate CAD files and visualisations in a range of outputs to suit your project and meet any manufacturers requirements.
Education and Outreach
Maik Scotland is committed to broadening access to digital design and fabrication technologies for everyone. We believe that it is essential for Scotland and the UK to create more opportunities to develop digital creative design skills in order to remain relevant in the job market of tomorrow.
To support those aims, we offer a range of workshops suitable for schools, youth groups, young entrepreneurs and inter-generational projects.
